At ManiCreat, we want your manicure moments to arrive as quickly and joyfully as possible. Below you’ll find all the details on how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your package is on its way.

🕓 Please allow extra processing time during peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine’s, sales campaigns).


🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Ireland (domestic shipping)

  • United Kingdom

  • European Union countries

  • United States, Canada, and selected international destinations

UK & EU 3–7 business days €6.95 or Free over €60
US & Canada 7–14 business days €9.95
Rest of World 10–20 business days €12.95

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, postal delays, or seasonal demand.


📬 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.


🎁 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees once the parcel reaches its destination country.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

💔 Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout

  • Postal service or customs delays

  • Force majeure (weather, strikes, etc.)
