ManiCreat Return & Refund Policy

At ManiCreat, we believe every manicure should bring joy and confidence.
If your order doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll do our best to make it right — quickly and kindly.


🛍️ Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition you received it.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

⚠️ Hygiene Notice:
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used press-on nails, adhesives, or nail accessories.

If you meet the above criteria, please email support@manicreat.com with your:

  1. Order number

  2. Photos of the item and packaging

  3. Short explanation of the issue

Once your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email support@manicreat.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.


💳 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged due to incorrect return shipping.


🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different style or size, please place a new order after your refund is completed.


🌍 International Orders

For international customers, please note:

  • Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
